New Projects

Here's a peak at some of the stuff I've been working on lately.

This first video is a performance by Chris Staples. He has some great solo material, a band called Discover America, plays guitar in Telekinesis and is the former lead singer of Twothirtyeight.

This next video is a performance in my living room by Ricky Kendall. Ricky also has some great solo stuff, is the lead singer of Paxico via Mexico (see next video) and is the former lead singer of Jukebox Wagon.

This is a performance by Paxico va Mexico. In the video they are exploring an abandoned bank in ATL. This place was amazing. I might need to go back sometime to photograph.

One last video for now. This is another one by Chris Staples. This one isn't just a performance but has some interview footage as well. More of a mini-episode. This one is a taste of what the music show I am working on will feel like.

Shooting Babies now has a blog

Like the title says, Shooting Babies now has a blog. Click here to see it. The blog will be used to either spread Shooting Babies news or to highlight photos that may not make it to the portfolio but are still worth seeing. Hope you remember to check it out sometimes.

Photos of 3 week old Virginia

I've had a lot of fun taking photos of Zeke so I thought, why not take photos of some other babies and see how it goes. Today our friend Melanie brought over her 3 week old baby girl, Virginia. Here are some highlights from the shoot.

A Look Back

I'm sure most of you know by now that I love to go see live music. Well, with our current situation I made the choice last year to only attend concerts that I didn't have to pay for. I thought that I would look back at the shows I saw last year and see how I did. Below is a list of the bands I saw last year and if I paid to see them or not.

Not too bad I have to say. There's some big names in there for free. I managed to win so many tickets because I started to submit for contests in local publications and radio stations (also, for a few shows, I was given tickets as a gift). I even won a few more tickets that I didn't even use (Switchfoot is one that comes to mind). Sure I missed out on lots of great shows by not buying tickets but I couldn't really do anything about that. So, there you go.
